Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we offer direct deposit for all owner disbursements, ensuring fast and secure transfers of your rental income. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You’re welcome to review the lease agreement before it’s signed. As your property manager, we handle the lease execution on your behalf unless you request otherwise. -
Do you sell real estate too?
While our focus is property management, we also offer real estate sales services. If you're considering buying or selling, we’d be happy to discuss how we can help. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner disbursements are processed regularly, typically via direct deposit after rent is collected and any property-related expenses are accounted for. -
How is rent collection handled?
We provide tenants with multiple payment options, including online payment through their portal. Late rent is addressed promptly and in accordance with the lease agreement. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Lease terms are tailored to the market and your goals, with standard agreements typically set at 12 months. Other terms can be arranged upon request. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposits are set according to local market standards and legal guidelines. Final amounts are determined by the rental rate and applicant qualifications. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin management as soon as your agreement is finalized and the property is ready to lease. We make onboarding quick and seamless. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage a wide range of residential and Real Estate properties, including single-family homes, and multi-family buildings. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You’ll receive detailed monthly financial reports outlining rent income, maintenance expenses, and any other activity. Additional custom reports are available upon request. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We hold all tenant security deposits in a designated trust account, in accordance with state and local regulations.
